This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject. Declined by BuySomeApples 9 months ago. |
| Submission declined on 4 February 2025 by Fancy Refrigerator (talk). This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies. This draft's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are: Declined by Fancy Refrigerator 11 months ago.

Comment: After six previous declines, this has been resubmitted with only two very poor sources. It's clear there's been no progress in establishing notability, so it's time to permanently reject the topic. Greenman (talk) 22:44, 5 January 2026 (UTC)
Comment: One source is a 404, another a promotional primary source... Greenman (talk) 00:11, 17 November 2025 (UTC)

AODocs is a privately-held enterprise software company that develops a cloud-native document management and workflow automation platform. The company is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, with operations in Europe.
Overview
[edit]
AODocs was founded in 2012 by Stephan Donzé. The company originally focused on providing document-management capabilities on top of the Google Drive ecosystem, targeting organisations seeking cloud-based content services as an alternative to legacy enterprise content management (ECM) systems. Initially built to work with Google Drive, AODocs later expanded to integrate with other third-party systems.[1]
Technology and Products
[edit]The AODocs platform offers features including document version control, workflow automation, and compliance tools for regulated industries. Its capabilities are delivered via a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. In recent years, the company has introduced AI tools to support document classification, content extraction, and automated review processes.[2]
