Deep Rawat is a business executive, management consultant, and professional trainer based in Asia. He is the founder and chief executive officer of NXT AIS, Inc. and a senior executive within the SAS Group of Companies, a group engaged in professional training, consulting, and digital enablement services in Southeast Asia.
SAS Group and entrepreneurship
[edit]Between 2012 and 2024, Rawat founded several organizations operating under the SAS Group of Companies[1], including SAS Management, Inc., Spartan Business Consulting and Training Services, SAS Global Academy, and Spartan Systems. These organizations provide professional training, consulting, and systems implementation services.
Rawat also serves as a vice-president and advisor to the boards of SAS Group and NXT-SAS Global Pty Ltd, a Singapore-based affiliate.
During the early years of SAS Management, Inc., the company conducted free professional training programs for the City of Mandaluyong as part of its community engagement initiatives. This activity was reported by the Philippine Daily Inquirer[2] in 2015.
Industry involvement
Rawat is an accredited consulting partner of AXELOS, the organization responsible for best-practice frameworks such as ITIL and PRINCE2. His professional accreditations relate to portfolio, programme, and project management maturity models, IT service management, and organizational resilience.
He was also listed as a contributor to the whitepaper related to ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management Systems[3], published by the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB).
Recognition
In 2022, SAS Management, Inc. was included in Asia Business Outlook’s list of the Top 10 Leadership Development Companies[4].
In 2024, Rawat received a PeopleCert Partner Award recognizing contributions to professional certification and training delivery.

Rawat holds professional certifications and accreditations in project management, IT service management, governance, cybersecurity, and quality management. These include ITIL Expert and ITIL 4 Managing Professional, PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner, COBIT 5, RESILIA Practitioner, Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and lead auditor and implementer certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001.
