He is known for his work in traditional Italian cuisine, particularly Tuscan regional cooking, and for founding several Italian restaurants in Bangkok together with his family, including Mr Alessandro Lenzi and Mrs Anna Renzetti. His work and the restaurants he leads have been covered by in dependent media outlets and international dining guides, including the MICHELIN Guide, Tatler Asia, BK Magazine, and Time Out Worldwide.[1][2][3][4] Early life and background Lenzi was born in Pisa, Tuscany, Italy. His culinary background reflects influences from Tuscan regional food traditions, which emphasize seasonal ingredients and established Italian cooking techniques. The passion of cooking has been passed by Francesco’s grandma, Nonna Nella, to whom he also dedicated a restaurant.[4] Career Lenzi began his culinary career working in hotels and restaurants in Italy before relocating to Thailand.
