Early life & Education

[edit]

Raahi was born on July 5, 1997 in Mugalsaray Village in Sironj, Madhya Pradesh.

He completed his early education in Mugalsaray and later studied at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Shamshabad until completing Class XII.

While pursuing his graduation in 2015, he actively participated in professional theatre in Bhopal and simultaneously acted in and created short films, including Aazadi, The Choice, Kirdaar, and Notebook. He graduated from Government Science and Commerce College, Bhopal. During this period, Notebook was selected for the 9th edition of the Jagran Film Festival.

In late 2018, he relocated to Mumbai to pursue a full-time career in the entertainment industry.

Career

[edit]

In 2019, for a few months, he worked as a casting assistant to Shubham Gaur and Trishaan Sarkar for projects such as Ludo (2020) and Special Ops (2020), but left the role due to a lack of interest in casting. In the same year, his short film Sleeping was released.

Raahi began his acting career with a brief role in an episode of Crime Alert on Dangal TV (2020), followed by a small role in DD National's Kahani Veer Krantikariyon Ki (2021).[1]

After becoming frustrated with small acting roles, he began working behind the camera as an assistant director and sound operator to earn money to produce his own projects. During this period, the COVID-19 lockdown occurred, and Raahi returned to Bhopal, where he started working in PR and digital distribution and legally established his firm, Raahi Productions, to begin creating independent projects.

In 2022, he gained recognition in his local community after his first interview was published in the print edition of Dainik Bhaskar following the release of UnBlock (2022), in which he acted and produced. He also acted in and produced Hatya (2022), for which his performance received praise.

In 2023, Raahi created and starred in the series Serious Talk (2023), in which he appeared as a guest, impersonating different personalities in each episode. His next project was the sitcom Ji Huzoor (2023), in which he played two different characters per episode. Both series were released on YouTube but were discontinued after two episodes each due to budget constraints.

In 2024, he began shooting his self-created and self-produced feature film Vo Ladki, which completed post-production in 2025[2] and was released in a limited theatrical run in 2026. This marked Raahi’s lead-actor debut in cinemas.
