SomeraRoad is a commercial real estate investment and development company with offices in New York City and Nashville. Founded in 2016 by Ian Ross, a Brooklyn, New York resident. [1]

Its New York headquarters are in the landmark building 1 Hanover Square, a property the company purchased and transformed into office space following the closing of the historic India House. The company through micro-neighborhood development has been able to refurbish and repurpose historical, former industrial and strategic downtown sites.[2] In May 2025 the firm acquired the historic Hotel Bossert located at 98 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights, New York.
