Vukašin Vraneš (Serbian Cyrillic: Вукашин Вранеш; born 22 September 1997) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Liga 1 club Persis Solo.[2]
Club career
[edit]Early career
[edit]Born in Priboj, Vraneš began his career with his hometown club FK FAP. He later joined OFK Beograd, where he served as the club's goalkeeper and captained the team during the 2019 Belgrade Cup, which OFK Beograd won.[3]
Balzan
[edit]In August 2020, Vraneš moved abroad for the first time, signing a one-year contract with Maltese Premier League club Balzan.[4] He spent two seasons with the club, making 18 league appearances.
Mauerwerk and Grafičar Beograd
[edit]In July 2022, Vraneš joined Austrian third-tier side FC Mauerwerk. He returned to Serbia in February 2024 after signing with Grafičar Beograd.[5]
FK FAP
[edit]Ahead of the 2025–26 season, Vraneš signed for FK FAP Priboj, competing in the Serbian Prva liga. He established himself as the club's first-choice goalkeeper during the first half of the season, making several key appearances for the "Kamiondžije" (The Truckers).[6] His performances in the Serbian second tier contributed to the team's defensive stability before his departure to Indonesia in the January 2026 transfer window.[7]
Persis Solo
[edit]In January 2026, Vraneš moved to Southeast Asia for the first time, signing for Indonesian Liga 1 club Persis Solo during the mid-season transfer window.[8] He was recruited by head coach Milomir Šešlija to strengthen the club's defensive line.
