I believe that use of this image in the Wikipedia article Get In (album) qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law for the following reasons:
- The image is irreplaceable; a free analogue is impossible to produce
- Only a small portion of a copyrighted work is used
- The image is used solely to illustrate the audio recording in question
- The use of this image does not compete with the copyright holders' usage
- The image is of inferior quality compared to that of an original, having been reduced to a web-resolution
