Joseph Paul Docherty is a British businessman and civil servant.
Career
[edit]Joseph Paul Docherty was managing director of Bede Homes.[1] Docherty was Chair of the Northern Powergrid Foundation, Trustee of the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, and Chair of Council at Durham University.[2] In 2025 he was appointed as a non-executive director of Hellens Residential.[3] He was given a life peerage in 2025.[4]
