Kingfishr are an Irish indie folk group formed in Limerick in 2022, comprising members Eddie Keogh (vocals, guitar), Eoghan 'McGoo' McGrath (banjo), and Eoin 'Fitz' Fitzgibbon (guitar).[1][2] The band were launched to international stardom when their song "Killeagh" reached Number 1 on the Irish Singles Chart on 2 May 2025, at which stage it had already been certified 4-times Platinum in Ireland. The 3 members met whilst studying engineering in Limerick.[2]
