Nanqu Subdistrict (simplified Chinese: 南区街道; traditional Chinese: 南區街道; pinyin: Nánqū Jiēdào; Jyutping: naam4 keoi1gaai1dou6), also known as South Subdistrict or Southern Subdistrict, is a subdistrict of the city of Zhongshan, Guangdong province, China,[2] covering 48 square kilometres (19 sq mi). At the 2020 census, the subdistrict had a population of 90,270.[3] Many real estate companies and hotels have set up their businesses here, such as Vanke, Wing On and Agile Property.[4]
