Ramian County (Persian: شهرستان رامیان) is in Golestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Ramian.[3]

History

The village of Tatar-e Olya was converted to a city in 2011.[5]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the county's population was 81,866 in 19,579 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 85,324 people in 23,598 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the county as 86,210 in 25,579 households.[4]
