Sekanjabin

Sekanjabin (Persian: سکنجبین) is an Iranian drink made of honey and vinegar, usually served in summer. It is sometimes seasoned with mint.^[1]

Name

Sekanjabin is a compound of سرکه serke ("vinegar") and انگبین angabin ("honey").^{[citation needed]}
