The "Legacy" section has some good material on Antoine Borel's descendents, but it gets off topic and has Wikipedia:UNDUEWEIGHT in an article that's supposed to be about one person. A breakaway article on the Borel family or, alternately, Borel estate is called for. Admittedly, the Wikipedia:Notability of the Borel family is borderline, but they played a strong role in the local history of San Mateo, and apparently maintained connections with Switzerland for over a century as well. It certainly is reasonable to split the legacy section off into a different article; there should be sufficient sourcing already in that section. Alternatively, it could get parked into the history section of the San Mateo article. Cheers, Mliu92 (talk) 03:30, 17 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
