Contested deletion

This page should not be speedily deleted because... (This is a real, legitimate restaurant with 19 branches along the east coast, with plans to reach 120 restaurants. It is quite significant. Entry should be cleaned up and updated

Chopt is now part of a restaurant group, (Founders Table Restaurant Group) that includes Dos Tacos and at least two other small restaurant operations. There have been other changes as well. I'll work at it when I can -- the corporate structure is complicated, and, as it's still privately held by private equity, it's not easy to get solid up-to-date references.
