Since you seem to have some indirect contact with Daniela Amodei, I just wanted to suggest that adding an image could be a good way to improve the article, and that having a conflict of interest or being the person in the biography is in general not a problem for adding a picture to a biography (see Wikipedia:A picture of you), anyone can publish it on Wikimedia Commons as long as they own the copyrights on the picture and are willing to release it under a free license.
