Disclosure: I own several London private-hire businesses (listed on my user page), which compete with Gett in London, so I am requesting this edit rather than making it myself.
The article says Lyft "agreed" to buy Gett's UK operations in April 2026 and that the team "was to transfer" to Freenow. The deal has since completed, so I suggest adding after that sentence:
- The acquisition was completed in May 2026.[1]
