Infinity War

The second part of the Master's involvement with the Infinity War, 'Guardians of the Galaxy' #29 has no mention of Jackhammer. Did he appear in #28?

I know the Appendix thinks he appears in 29. It's too late to figure this out right now. Just some ponderances.
