HDI

The state no longer has the highest HDI of any state in india, it is now second (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Indian_states_and_union_territories_by_Human_Development_Index#) BurningRed89 (talk) 10:11, 8 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Religion section

The Religion section has four paragraphs: an introductory paragraph overviewing all religions followed by three paragraphs on Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. Since Hinduism is the most widely professed faith in Kerala, in the interest of relevance and maybe balanced aspects (?), there should be equal coverage of it, just as there is on the Religion in Kerala page.

If length is a concern, perhaps the paragraph on Judaism could be replaced with a mention in the top paragraph, or the Religion section could simply be reduced to the current first paragraph, given the link to Religion in Kerala.

Similarly, there are images of a Jain temple, a mosque, and a church, but not of a Hindu temple. For balance, an image of a Hindu temple could be added, if necessary replacing the one of the Jain temple.

Since the article is extended-confirmed-protected, if there is consensus on these edits, it would be great if someone with access could implement them. Htysc (talk) 19:47, 29 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Not done for now: Is there a valid reason for this change, for example a supporting reliable source? At Emblem of Kerala, your proposed replacement emblem is listed in the gallery only as a red version of the emblem; it appears that the current emblem is the more official one.
