Manual revert of new text
[edit]@Dowhatyoulikelikewhatyoudo, I manually reverted your March 23rd edit. Would recommend adding your content in appropriate sections throughout the article; that much material doesn't belong straight in the lede. CaptainAngus (talk) 17:47, 24 March 2024 (UTC)
Added a statistic
[edit]I added a statistic from a 2023 systematic report by the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) to the "prevention strategies" section. DepakoteDayDreamz (talk) 23:49, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
History
[edit]This article would definitely benefit from a History section. Maternal death is a somewhat famous phenomenon of the European Middle Ages and Renaissance. There's probably also some knowledge lingering from the Roman times, Egyptian times and ancient China, I would guess. 109.49.135.165 (talk) 11:31, 21 August 2025 (UTC)
