Ties with Sea Shepherd

"Captain Paul Watson is no longer legally allowed to be seen or photographed with the Sea Shepherd name or logo and has completely dropped all ties to the brand." This information is without source and clearly wrong as Paul Watson wears Sea Shepherd Merch on the homepage of Sea Shepherd France. According to Sea Shepherd France they have all rights to use the logo which means also Watson can use their logo. Also according to a french source he is still the head of the board of Sea Shepherd France and Brazil. I edited this in the German Wikipedia but don't want to butcher this articel since English is not my native language. I hope someone else will do it.
