Consequences of Crime Improvement

Hi fellow Wikipedians,

After reading the consequences of crime improvement section, I suggest adding more information how victimization can impact people differently based on their identity characteristics (such as race, gender, and sexuality). The article contains a mention of age. I believe the article would benefit from more information about various marginalized groups.
