The content of WPLP was merged into WTBN on 27 August 2023. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. For the discussion at that location, see its talk page.

Split proposed due to WTWD sale

Owing to the sale of WTWD to Solmart Media, which has replaced the WTBN simulcast with regional Mexican (which itself may or may not be itself a simulcast of new sister station WTMY), it's probably past time to give it a separate article. That will require more material than is currently present in the article, but I suspect that obstacle can be overcome (and WTWD is actually 17 years older than WTBN, anyway).
