Expand Intentional Weight loss Libertate 13:59, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
I would suggest a proofread of 'Therapeutic Weight Loss'. There is lots of unneeded or confusing punctuation that affect the clarity of the section.

Ideal sources for Wikipedia's health content are defined in the guideline Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources (medicine) and are typically review articles. Here are links to possibly useful sources of information about Weight loss.

Should we split into two articles? Intentional and Unintentional?
[edit]Shouldn't this article be split into two? One for "intentional" and one for "unintentional"?
- The two subjects have nothing to do with each other.
- No reader will be interested in both at the same time.
- The "Myths" and "Health Effects" top-level headings do not apply to "unintentional".
I seem to recall this proposal being discussed previously but I can't see any discussion of it here. 49.186.157.162 (talk) 10:57, 31 May 2025 (UTC)

Suggesting New External Link on Weight Loss
[edit]Hi, I'd like to suggest adding a new resource under External Links: Scientific Guide to Natural Weight Loss (Backed by Research)
This is an evidence-based Google Site summarizing natural strategies for weight management, fully referenced and accessible to general readers.
Thanks for considering! Publichealthstudies (talk) 10:33, 4 August 2025 (UTC)
- It's low quality spam, it will never get published as it is. 10mmsocket (talk) 10:51, 4 August 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for the feedback. I understand the importance of maintaining high standards for Wikipedia. I’ll work on improving the quality and neutrality of the content. My intention is to provide helpful, evidence-based resources on sustainable weight management—not promote any commercial product or site. If there’s any specific area you'd suggest enhancing to meet Wikipedia's criteria, I’d be grateful for guidance. Publichealthstudies (talk) 11:23, 4 August 2025 (UTC)
- " I’ll work on improving the quality and neutrality of the content" implies that it is your website. In that case see WP:COI. You should *never* add it to Wikipedia. 10mmsocket (talk) 11:29, 4 August 2025 (UTC)
- Please forgive me for the words I have used because my English is not that good. If you have any problem with the suggestion I have given, I would like to apologize and if you can tell me how I can solve it, it would be good. Publichealthstudies (talk) 11:38, 4 August 2025 (UTC)
- You can solve it by removing your website link above and never posting it again on Wikipedia. 10mmsocket (talk) 11:39, 4 August 2025 (UTC)
