Change "is" to "was"

Add the screenshot File:Windows 10 RTM Start Menu.png into the Features/Desktop and user interface section.

This shows the new revamped Start Menu that was introduced in Windows 10. It is an important element. The current Windows 10 infobox screenshot shows the newest version of Windows 10 where it has been completely changed. What did Nixon say regarding the fact that his "last version" comment was wrong?
