Makes a link to mathnet.ru from the Mi review id.

Examples

The only parameter is the Mi identifier:

Since the {{cite xxx}} citation framework does not at present support a |mathnet= or |mi= parameter by itself, use the {{cite xxx}} template's |id= instead, for example: |id={{mathnet|at12783}}.
