Should this template default to expanded?

Woodensuperman argues that there is No justification to force this to be collapsed. Should be dealt with on a page by page basis. diff, but I don't know why the default of autocollapsed should be overridden. --The Vintage Feminist (talk) 07:22, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
