Trust Wallet is a multi‑chain, non‑custodial cryptocurrency wallet that allows users to store, send, and receive digital assets securely. Originally launched in 2017 as an Ethereum‑only mobile wallet, it has since expanded to support more than 100 blockchain networks, decentralized applications (DApps), NFTs, and more.[1][2]
History
[edit]Trust Wallet was founded in 2017 by Ukrainian developer Viktor Radchenko, a Ukrainian software developer with a background in cybersecurity and mobile applications. Radchenko led the company through its early development and the subsequent acquisition by Binance. He stepped down from his role in 2022 to pursue other ventures.[3]
In July 2018, Binance acquired Trust Wallet.[4][5][6][7]
Following Viktor Radchenko's departure in 2022, Eowyn Chen was appointed CEO of Trust Wallet.[8]
