Most people shame me for using AI in the past. And, I appologize for using Artificial intelligence instead of doing the research myself. I want to avoid using Wikipedia in the future. As, I am less into editing now. All I want is for people to respect the work I have done on the website. If you are seeing this, I am still active on Wikipedia.
I have been editing on Wikipedia since July of 2021. Not as a user at first. I created the CostalCal User on June 10, 2023. Since then, I have made around 2,100 edits and 28 articles. That does not sound like much as some other users. But I care about the effort I put into making Wikipedia a better place. Wikipedia will never be perfect. However, I will try to make it as close to perfection as possible.
I am a middle schooler who does Wikipedia for fun. And I've tried to keep my Wikipedian life private. Although I have told my secrets to a few who ask me. I am a participant in Wikipedia:WikiProject Wildfire and Wikipedia:WikiProject NFL.
I have been banned off Wikipedia before. I was very young at the time and didn't fully comprehend the rules, and I tried numerous times to get unbanned. It took me 2 years to finally get unbanned. I hated how the users with the most edits always bullied my accounts early on. I just wanted to find out about editing more.
I still have problems with Wikipedia to this day. The people moderating WP:Rollback denied me for one stupid mistake I made 3 months ago. I just want some power on Wikipedia. Wikipedia has become less of a place for equal user rights. And, more of a King of The Hill, whoever has the most edits has the most capabilities kind of place recently.
Costal is not a misspelling of Coastal. Costal is something that is situated or related to a rib. My username ends in "Cal", because I'm proud to be a Californian.
I don't quite know 100% when I started becoming interested in wildfires. Hell, my first edit on Wikipedia was on the Oakland firestorm of 1991. I know that as a toddler, I was obsessed with firefighters. Probably due to me living very close to a fire station. Around 2021 or something, I became invested in wildfires after starting a habit of editing weather-related articles.
I like editing wildfire articles the most. Just because I want to expand the limited coverage of wildfire-related pages on Wikipedia. And I have crossed paths with many terrifying wildfires in my life in Yosemite, Oregon, and in my city.
