demiphobia is the fear of being watched by someone or something you can’t see. I made the word as it doesn’t have a word!

Demiphobia has nothing to do with demisexual stuff actually, it is named after the Greek god of paranoia or terror Demios!

Signs of demiphobia are:

paranoia

very alert all the time

scared of being alone

and of course, thinking somthing is watching you
