I am a political activist who is interested in making good edits to Minnesota, and especially Twin Cities, pages. I am currently working for the Shen for Safety campaign and I believe that Francis X. Shen should have a Wikipedia article, because of his independent notability. I’ve gotten some advice from another Wikipedia editor who has said that I can make suggestions to articles related to him and create a draft of an article for Francis X. Shen.
