"Hollyoaks Later" is a late night episode of the television series Hollyoaks Later, a spinoff of the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks, which was aired on 22 October. Theresa McQueen is involved in a smuggling scheme at John Lennon Airport while on the run from a failed influencer life. Another storyline follows teenagers Dillon Ray , Lucas Hay, Vicky Grant, and Frankie Osborne as they navigate life after child exploitation. Set against the backdrop of the mesmerising yet ominous cityscape, the young characters attempt to forget the previous year's turmoil with varying degrees of success. Fresh face and Brookside inhabitant, Esme Dixon (daughter of Brookside's Jacqui Dixon, portrayed by Yasmin Davies) offers an escape route for Frankie. Nevertheless, criminal elements Sully and Griff pose a threat to Hollyoaks' undercover officers and the broader community. This marks the first Later instalment since 2020, which became the second most-watched Hollyoaks episode ever, featuring serial killer Breda McQueen's demise at the hands of her son Sylver McQueen using a knitting needle, whilst Tony Hutchinson (Nick Pickard) was rescued from a blazing pig farm where he'd been imprisoned.
