Countless hours of my childhood were dedicated to exploring Wikipedia's articles on so many strange and fascinating topics. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute towards building this project for the current and upcoming generations. Much of my work is done behind-the-scenes fixing redirects, links, typos, and sentence structure. I also make larger edits relating to my specific areas of interest, which broadly include science, history, religion, folklore, and the arts. My attitude towards editing naturally leans towards prioritizing the "letter of the law" of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, so I find it helpful to consider the Fifth Pillar, which reminds us to consider the spirit behind these words. I align with the "mergist" philosophy found in the center of the "inclusionist-deletionist" spectrum, meaning that minor topics are often best presented as part of a main article.
My most significant claim to Wikipedia fame is flagging "Gilled Antelope" for deletion as a hoax. At the time of its deletion, it was the 5th longest-existing hoax article on Wikipedia, lasting 15.84 years from 22 July 2006 to 23 May 2022. Since then, the 2020s have seen great success at cleaning out the oldest parts of the encyclopedia, so it is now the 26th longest-existing hoax article (as of 28 October 2025).
I do not edit on behalf of any company, organization, group, product, or person. From 2022 to 2024, various trolls have accused me of being paid by Amazon to edit the article The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, though I have yet to see said paycheck.[Humor]
I enjoy userboxes, and I have created quite a few of my own. These are collected in a separate gallery. If you like my style and want me to make a new one for you, send me a message on my talk page!
