Vahag Rush (born Vahagn Rushanyan; May 8, 1982) is an Armenian singer-songwriter and guitarist. His music combines rock elements with classical and modern Armenian poetry, often exploring themes of love, memory, homeland, and personal reflection.^[1]

Vahagn Rushanyan was born on May 8, 1982, in Artik, Shirak Province, Armenia.^[2] He completed his secondary education in Artik in 1999 and later studied Computer Systems and Networks at the State Engineering University of Armenia. From 2003 to 2005, he served in the Armenian Armed Forces in Artsakh.

Rush began his professional music career in 2009. His first official release, Hambuyri my mej, was based on a poem by Misak Metsarents, with music composed by his father.^[3] His repertoire frequently incorporates works by prominent Armenian poets such as Yeghishe Charents, Paruyr Sevak, and Misak Metsarents. Rush performs live as a vocalist and guitarist and releases recorded music and music videos.

Rush is the creator of the cultural media project Unique Profiles, which focuses on presenting individuals from various professional and creative backgrounds, highlighting personal stories and cultural identity.

In addition to his artistic career, Rush is involved in business activities related to beauty and skincare equipment and services in Armenia.
