This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Indeed at the moment the subject does not meet WP:GNG / WP:BASIC. Presumably WP:ACADEMIC will not apply either in this case. The article will need better sourcing in any case. Ideally we would need three independent newspapers (or similar) to give feature long pieces on the subject, exploring their whole career. There are other ways to achieve that notability with sourcing, but at the moment the article isn't there yet. A couple of items are not apparently sourced, but mostly it is, per WP:BLP. As already mentioned, it is important that if the main editor here knows the subject, or has a connection with them, that this is declared via WP:COI
