While I have a rather elementary understanding of what "Fact Pattern" is after reading this, the article is really confusing to read. Efforts should be made to make the article easier to read. Afterall, we can assume that many of our readers on Wikipedia are not legally trained. In addition, more independent sources are required.

Using your self published book as a source

Wikipedia doesn't use self published books as sources, see WP:RS. You especially should not add bookstore links to your own selfpublished books, see WP:REFSPAM, WP:COI, and WP:PAID. - MrOllie (talk) 03:09, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
