You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.
Not to mention you are using excessively misleading edit summaries. Azuredivay (talk) 13:23, 29 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- This is trollish retaliation for my leaving the same template on that user's page [2]. Geogene (talk) 13:27, 29 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- Are you saying that you are not edit warring? Your message shows you clearly have more WP:CIR issues than one would assume given your problematic behaviour on this article. Azuredivay (talk) 13:36, 29 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- @Azuredivay:, I'm not trying to escalate this to the admin boards, but if you think you need to, then you should do so. Geogene (talk) 13:52, 29 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- A couple of days have passed, and because I think I know how Wikipedia politics works, I'm permalinking to other pages where Azuredivays edits are being discussed, for the potential benefit of future readers (if any). [3] [4] Geogene (talk) 21:31, 1 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

- @Guy Macon: I'm going to assume good faith here and that maybe you didn't see the time stamps, but this looks like harassment. Geogene (talk) 17:10, 5 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
- You are right. It does look like you were harassing Azuredivays. Not sure what time stamps have to do with it. Harassment is harassment whether you did it a minute ago or a year ago. The correct behavior on your part would be to remove the comment, and I am politely asking you to do so now (I would delete this comment at the same time if I were you).
- Let me be clear: Re "This is trollish retaliation for my leaving the same template on that user's page", I came here to give you the exact same warning because doing that is a requirement before I can report you for edit warring, which I intend to do the next time you do it. You edit warred. There is no "the other person did bad things too!" exception to our edit warring policy.
- Again, "permalinking to other pages where Azuredivays edits are being discussed for the potential benefit of future readers" because you "think you know how Wikipedia politics works" is unacceptable behavior. It is a misuse of your Wikipedia talk page, Again, I am politely asking you to undo what you have done and to not do it again. --Guy Macon (talk) 20:48, 5 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
