@The Advanced Editor: After making least 30 days and has made at least 500 edits, it will be automatically granted as extended confirmed. If you revoke by administrator such as gaming the system by making trival edits (including your sandbox), you can requests at Wikipedia:Requests for permissions/Extended confirmed to grant your permission.
