/sandbox subpages of templates

Hello LogoFan2007! Just a reminder that /sandbox subpages of templates are generally for experimentation that could lead to actual changes to templates. For Template:WMF-legal banned user/sandbox, I reverted it because the template is a legal template used by the Wikimedia Foundation and should not be significantly modified to deviate from the meaning that the WMF intends the template to be. There is a general template sandbox {{template sandbox}} as well as {{x1}} through {{x20}} where you can where you can be more liberal with edits (provided that you don't post anything that violates some other policies like WP:COPYRIGHT or WP:NFCC). The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this.
