Category 4-equivalent typhoon recorded as peak intensity for Kalmaegi.
[edit]Hello. Please be informed the official PEAK INTENSITY for Kalmaegi is 115kts recorded by the JTWC. Whereas, the main annual typhoon season page and Kalmaegi's page records the peak intensity of the storm, thus unneeded to revert back to Category 3. Grahamix1765 (talk) 10:33, 6 November 2025 (UTC)
- The official peak is 110 knots. It seems that you don't know where to get the latest data. 🐱💬 12:34, 6 November 2025 (UTC)
- Then why did JTWC have this earlier? https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wp3125_3.gif Grahamix1765 (talk) 12:46, 6 November 2025 (UTC)
- They REVISED. And you reverted without even looking at comments I left there. 🐱💬 13:21, 6 November 2025 (UTC)

ArbCom 2025 Elections voter message
[edit]Hello! Voting in the 2025 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 1 December 2025. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:22, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
Season summary tracks
[edit]Hello. I've been working on seasonal summary maps (e.g., 2025 Pacific typhoon season summary.png) using ATCF format tracking data. I'm running into an issue where pasting all the code into a single file causes the output image to connect all storm paths from end to start. This issue didn't appear when I use hurdat2 format data. To avoid this, I've had to use --next and process each file individually, which is quite time-consuming. Could you suggest a way to handle multiple tracks in one file without them linking together? Leonardo Cirrus (talk) 14:56, 13 December 2025 (UTC)
- Not sure about that as I always use
--next. 🐱💬 16:23, 13 December 2025 (UTC)
About creating talk pages on articles you create
[edit]Hey Meow, thanks for creating GPT Image! Since your account has the autopatrolled flag, and new pages patrol doesn't review your creations for these kinds of things, please remember to create talk pages for the articles you write and add tags for the appropriate WikiProjects. I find the Rater tool helpful for this job. Let me know if you have any questions! —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 02:34, 18 December 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for your notice. I was planning to add but it was too late in my timezone. 🐱💬 06:37, 18 December 2025 (UTC)
