February 2025
[edit]
Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Chaim Thau, from its old location at User:Milwaukee911. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 02:19, 12 February 2025 (UTC)

Links to draft articles
[edit]
Please do not introduce links to draft articles in actual articles, as you did to Jewish partisans. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 10:41, 11 July 2025 (UTC)
- Didn't know....my apologies! Thanks for correcting Milwaukee911 (talk) 18:48, 11 July 2025 (UTC)
- Hi Arjayay,
- Here is an update to my "draft" article (regarding Charles "Chaim" Thau), which I prematurely included in into the Jewish partisan page, and which you rightfully corrected me given it conflicts to the Manual of Style.
- As of today, my article is no longer a draft, and has been accepted by Wikipedia (Start class).
- Can the link now be included in the Jewish Partisan article?
- Most respectfully. Milwaukee911 (talk) 10:28, 21 July 2025 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Charles Thau, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Dugout. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Previewing Edits on Charles Thau
[edit]Hi Milwaukee911, I'm just reaching out as I've been reverting a number recent edits of yours. Your edits are breaking references and leaving numerous redlinks in the article. See your edits here as an example. Leaving an article in this state is unacceptable, and any edits testing things out should generally be done in your sandbox. Please let me know if you have any questions. Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor ♥ 14:28, 12 October 2025 (UTC)
- So sorry Katie’s….I got carried away in making a change, and it snowballed!
- Appreciate the heads up (and monitoring my progress.
- Will not happen again.
- Thanks Milwaukee911 (talk) 15:27, 12 October 2025 (UTC)
- Hi Milwaukee911! I was just glancing at Charles Thau again, and just wanted to give a friendly tip based on another issue I was noticing. If you scroll down to the bottom of the current version of the page, you'll notice there are five list-defined reference errors. This is because all references have to be cited somewhere within the content of the article. Currently, you just have them cited in the references section, which is what's causing those errors to show up. Citing those references within the article will fix the errors. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions! Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor ♥ 14:29, 14 October 2025 (UTC)
