Still nowhere near WP:NORG. Most of the sources are gov.ph. There are some press stories of NTRC suggesting texation on junk food, but that isn't profiling the organisation as a whole. There is a LinkedIn source, which should not be used.
Have a look at WP:SIRS and see if an independent source - book, newspaper - has researched and profiled NTRC.
