Information icon Hello, I'm Galobtter. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Capital punishment in the United Arab Emirates, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Galobtter (talk) 03:08, 4 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Check the new Federal Penal code of 2020. Article 409 says that homosexuality carries 6 months imprisonment. Rayanmou07 (talk) 17:43, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

I wasn’t providing false information. I was just updating the article to match the current Penal Code. This was a false block.Rayanmou07 (talk) 17:50, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Your comments here and below conclusively demonstrate you need to remain blocked at this time. Yamla (talk) 20:36, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Your edits were incompetent, inserting content with a source as if that source applied to the whole list, but worse, you were editing without being logged in to gain an advantage--and then you tried to get others blocked. That's a no no. Next time, start by citing reliable sources, citing them properly (not bare URLs), and playing by the rules. Drmies (talk) 17:52, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

No, you don’t understand. The new Federal Penal Code from 2020 agrees with my edits. What I would do now is source my edits with information from trusted sources. Why did you block me for no reason? -- Rayanmou07 (talk)
You weren't blocked for posting false information. You were blocked for edit warring and abusively editing while logged out. --AntiDionysius (talk) 18:10, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, it’s the other (anonymous) user’s fault, not mine. Blame the kid. Don’t blame me or the human rights organizations, blame the odd kid. Rayanmou07 (talk) 18:16, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I’m sorry for everything I have done. I have abused multiple accounts and I have tried to get others blocked. I would like to change my behavior and start citing reliable sources and playing by the rules. I’m sorry that I blamed others. I’m sorry for being rude and immature. Please forgive me. Decline reason:

In the past month, you have used half a dozen socks, and you were evading while logged out just over a week ago; much of this came after you had assured us in the request above that you understood socking was wrong.

The persistent socking means that a) WP:3X applies, meaning that the community would have to sign off on an unblock request, and b) it seems exceedingly unlikely that anyone will unblock you without you taking some extended time off first (cf. WP:SO) – I certainly am. --Blablubbs (talk) 01:47, 23 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Okay, I have to admit my wrongdoings. I’m sorry for everything I’ve done. I bullied innocent users, abused multiple accounts, and have used more than a dozen socks. I’m sorry for all the personal attacks I’ve done to Uness232, NoobThreePointOh, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Yamla, DMacks, Cabayi, Wretchskull, MacAddct1984, The Herald, Jacona, Czello, and EvergreenFir etc. I owe all of them, including Drmies, a sincere apology. I also should not have hidden LilianaUwU, YesImOnFire, and ToadetteEdit’s comments. I promise to make useful contributions and constructive edits from now on. When will I be unblocked? Rayanmou07 (talk) 10:34, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline. You've been so abusive, you are banned, not just blocked. And you've been evading that ban earlier this month. As you are working hard to demonstrate you need to remain banned, there's absolutely zero chance the community would lift your ban at this point and would likely de-sysop any admin who took your request to the noticeboard. You need to go at least six months with zero ban evasion. You are clearly just maliciously wasting our time at this point. Yamla (talk) 11:08, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I did it again. I should not have bullied Dan Palraz; I should also owe him an apology and go six months with no ban evasion. That should be enough to unblock me. Rayanmou07 (talk) 10:57, 14 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Okay, I have gone for six months with no ban evasion whatsoever. I will obligate to make useful and/or constructive edits and do no more trolling or any form of bullying or harassment under any circumstances. Am I ready to be unblocked now?

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. Here, you are asking to be unblocked but as you know, you were so abusive that you are now banned by the community. Please review WP:UNBAN and make an unban request, following the instructions there. You'll need to be substantially more convincing for the community to consider lifting your ban. Counting in your favour, I see no technical evidence of recent ban evasion. Yamla (talk) 11:42, 21 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Dear those I harmed, I’m writing this letter not for sympathy or forgiveness, but because I want to take responsibility for my past behavior. Before I turned 18, I acted in ways that were harmful, abusive, and completely unacceptable. On Wikipedia, I bullied users, harassed editors, intentionally caused distress. At the time, I was angry, trying to feel powerful, didn’t understand the harm I was causing, but none of that excuses what I did. I understand now that words—especially online—can have deep consequences. My actions may have caused fear, stress, isolation, or worse. I sometimes worry that someone might have even been pushed to the brink because of my behavior, and that thought haunts me. I will never know what you went through, but I know you didn’t deserve to be treated that way. Since then, I’ve started to change. I’ve reflected deeply, learned about the impact of online bullying, supported mental health organizations, and worked on becoming a better person. I hope, truly, that you’re okay. That you continued to contribute, that you’re healing, and that someone has made you feel welcome and safe since then. I am so sorry for the harm I caused. Thank you everybody for your patience and support. :P.S. If it’s okay, someone should take this appeal request to the Administrations’ noticeboard. It is very convincing, and it should help appeal my ban. Rayanmou07 (talk) 10:16, 25 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Stop socking and getting WP:NOTHERE blocks first. -- Amanda (she/her) 10:38, 16 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! I'm happy to move this unblock request to WP:AN. However, I would recommend adding a statement explaining what you would do differently if unblocked. Blocks and bans are not intended as punishment. Rather, they are used to prevent further disruption to the encyclopedia. As such, although apologies are welcome, they aren't enough to get unblocked (in my experience). Please reply either adjusting your request or stating that you would like the request copied to AN regardless. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 19:01, 27 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Note that the above request is LLM-generated. And I can't help but feel that the pronouncement that it is "very convincing" is a bit trollish. Buddy Gripple (talk) 01:19, 28 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Also, I’m not that good at English, and the “very convincing” part admits my wrongdoings. Rayanmou07 (talk) 18:32, 28 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
If I were unblocked, I promise to no longer harm or bully anybody, regardless of if they are an administrator, extended confirmed user, or even a sockpuppet account. Anyone who I think is a sockpuppet account of a block or ban evading user can be brought to the appropriate administrator talk page or the appropriate noticeboard. Anything I see as vandalism can also be brought up on the talk page of that article. I will also prevent edit warring. Rayanmou07 (talk) 18:31, 28 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
But the thing about sock accounts absolutely does not give me permission to false report administrators or even extended confirmed users even if they revert my edits. I understand that I should never try to get good people blocked. Rayanmou07 (talk) 18:34, 28 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Also, I shouldn’t even bully or harass sockpuppet accounts. I could just bring the situation to the appropriate noticeboard or the appropriate administrator talk page.
For example, when @Markweidel vandalized the noticeboard, @LilianaUwU has assumed that @Markweidel was one of my socks, and then she had to bring the incident to the Sockpuppet investigations’ page.
It was entirely my fault. She was right for doing so. And I will never blame her for that.
I also hope she’s in good health, and I sincerely apologize for trying to hide her comments and for being rude to her. Rayanmou07 (talk) 18:39, 28 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
With that being said, you can take this appeal to the noticeboard now. Rayanmou07 (talk) 09:31, 9 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Do not copy to the noticeboard. User has socked as Special:Contributions/JoelBietsch63. Someone who's wrong on the internet (talk) 15:39, 16 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
