Hey there!

[edit]

Hello there -- I'm here. Didn't realize there was drama over the Gypsy article again. Will help. You know that I have tried to be helpful; other editors do not share my position on the article, but if you can point me to any important content that has gone missing, I'll see what I can do. Montanabw(talk) 03:37, 9 July 2017 (UTC) Hi Montanabw, I have no clue what's going on with it and I'm not sure I really care at this point. If the article as we wrote it needs improvement, ok, but there's no need to insult people who volunteer to help with them. I wouldn't recommend anyone volunteer to help with an article--aside from you, I've found Wikipedia's editors to be insufferable and arrogant. I took it on to be helpful, but apparently it is not helpful. Frankly I don't know what they can add to it--there are no other published sources.[reply]

I was especially upset about the material in "Names" being removed. At least in the US, that has been a big deal. Whoever is advising about these changes seems more bent on taking things out than expanding.

Mary

Montanabw, I'm sorry--I just saw these emails. Thanks for sticking up for the article.

Sandboxing

[edit]

The coolest thing about WP is that anyone can edit, but sometimes where there is an article that's a real mess, the best thing to do is to "sandbox" it and do all the rewriting outside the main article space. So I'm making a sandbox for you at this link: User:SFGMary/horse sandbox. Also, remember to use four tildes (the ~ symbol) to sign your posts. Montanabw(talk) 21:07, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:VWO (software)

[edit]

Hello, SFGMary. This message concerns the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "VWO".

Drafts that go unedited for six months are eligible for deletion, in accordance with our draftspace policy, and this one has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission, and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you read this, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the draft so you can continue to work on it.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited ShadowDragon, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Polk County. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 19:55, 14 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
