Please stop edit warring at Tykhon Cherniaiev. He has been affiliated with the German Chess Federation since earlier this year. I'm sure you know this, and it's easy to see that he was with the German federation for his victory at the European Youth Championship as shown in the crosstable https://chess-results.com/tnr658133.aspx?lan=11&art=1&rd=9&fed=UKR&turdet=YES&flag=30. His FIDE profile https://ratings.fide.com/profile/14182360 also shows Germany now. If you continue to edit war over this, I may have to ask for the assistance of an administrator and you may be sanctioned under WP:3RR. Finally, Wikipedia custom is to not use flags in infoboxes per MOS:INFOBOXFLAG, so please stop changing the infobox link to Ukraine to the flag {{UKR}} as this is not permitted by the Wikipedia manual of style. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
