The wiki has a sticky thread in the official forum and my link to it was retweeted by Chris Avellone and Obsidian Entertainment. It's going to be linked from the official site once we pretty it up a bit more. We have an arrangement with Obsidian, just like we do with inXile regarding Wasteland 2.
