| Enjoy your break. Don't worry about old vandalism. No one cares about it. I did a little funny vandalism too when I started. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 18:45, 5 September 2024 (UTC) |

Page protection
[edit]Hi there. I've seen your page protection requests at WT:NFL. FYI, there's a general noticeboard at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection (WP:RPP). Regards. —Bagumba (talk) 04:23, 6 January 2025 (UTC)
- Yes, I know that now, I will use it if I need it later, thanks Bagumba. WhyIsThisSoHard575483838 (talk) 04:25, 6 January 2025 (UTC)
Field goal kicking
[edit]Hello, I've seen you around at the NFL project, and you seem to have an interest in kicking which I sometimes share too. You might like to know I started Draft:Uprights a while back (but hit writer's block), and was wondering if you wanted to help work on it. There are a lot of good references posted at the bottom from research I did. Ultimately, it's up to you though. Cheers, Left guide (talk) 06:03, 19 May 2025 (UTC)
Cam Little
[edit]Cam Little kicking a 70-yard field goal absolutely deserves mention on his Wikipedia page, in the lede as well. Regardless of it's an official NFL game, it's still the longest field goal ever kicked in the sport. It's not an official stat but it's probably what he will be remembered for at the end of his career. Compare to Ove Johansson who previously held the record. It's in the first sentence for him, so it should be in the first few paragraphs for Little. - RockinJack18 00:49, 10 August 2025 (UTC)
- @RockinJack18, what about Ola Kimrin, and Brandon Aubrey, also Jack Golden, who had him reverted countless times due to preseason games, so I get it was the record but it was not a regular season game, I do not mind if it is included in the main part, just not the lede. WhyIsThisSoHard575483838 (talk) 00:52, 10 August 2025 (UTC)
- That's fair, but the difference is that this is the longest field goal of all time, not just the preseason. - RockinJack18 00:57, 10 August 2025 (UTC)
- So was Ola Kimrin's, his was not mentioned in the lede, go to WT:NFL, talk about it there WhyIsThisSoHard575483838 (talk) 00:58, 10 August 2025 (UTC)
- Fair, and I'll make a thread there. - RockinJack18 01:01, 10 August 2025 (UTC)
- I did make a thread already, we can discuss it more there. Thanks WhyIsThisSoHard575483838 (talk) 01:01, 10 August 2025 (UTC)
