A WikiTARDIS is a wiki user who is shy, most-of-the-time-silent kind of peep. However, when it comes to editing, a WikiTARDIS happens to edit voraciously when going to random pages, especially the article Cardiff.[Joke]
WikiTARDISes can be adopted by a WikiDoctors/WikiMasters/WikiRanis usually, as WikiRose/Martha/WikiDonna are not Wikilords, so are unable to control a WikiTARDIS properly. However, if it comes that they must they can.
