২০০৭ চনত পূষ্পাই পৰীক্ষা লিখক হিচাপে কেৰিয়াৰ আৰম্ভ কৰিছিল। তেওঁক অন্যান্য বন্ধুসকলে বিভিন্ন সক্ষম লোকৰ পৰীক্ষা লিখিবলৈ প্ৰেৰণা দিছিল। [5]২০০৭ চনত অন্ধ লোকৰ পৰীক্ষা লিখিবলৈ কিছু সংখ্যক এন জি অ’ৰ অনুৰোধৰ প্ৰতি সঁহাৰি জনাইছিল। [6]তেওঁ কম্পিউটাৰ বিজ্ঞানত ডিপ্লমা সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰিছিল। বৰ্তমান ইন্দিৰা গান্ধী ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় মুক্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ পৰা শিক্ষা গ্ৰহণ কৰি আছে। ২০০৭ চনৰ পৰা ২০১৯ চনলৈকে ১০০০ৰো অধিক দৃষ্টিহীন লোকৰ বাবে পৰীক্ষা লিখা সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰা বুলি জানিব পৰা গৈছে।[7]২০১৯ চনৰ ৮ মাৰ্চত আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় নাৰী দিৱসৰ লগত সংগতি ৰাখি ভাৰতৰ ৰাষ্ট্ৰপতি ৰামনাথ কোবিন্দৰ পৰা ২০১৮ চনৰ নাৰী শক্তি পুৰস্কাৰ লাভ কৰে।[8][9][10]
