This template is used on a very large number of pages.
To avoid large-scale disruption and unnecessary server load, any changes should first be tested in this template's /sandbox or/testcases subpage, or in your own user space. This template is used to identify what kind of page it or its subject page is.

Parameters

class

This unnamed parameter is optional and is used to distinguish between different non-article pages in mainspace (e.g. disambiguation pages and redirects). See below for details.

page

The name of a page. The default is the current page.

subjectspace

If set to yes then subjectspace pages will be treated the same as talkspace pages.
