अमर्त्य कुमार सेन (जनम 3 नवंबर 1933) एगो भारतीय अर्थशास्त्री आ दार्शनिक बाने, जे साल 1972 से भारत, यूनाइटेड किंगडमअमेरिका में पढ़ावे आ रिसर्च के काम क रहल बाड़ें। सेन क योगदान कल्याणपरक अर्थशास्त्र, सामाजिक चयन थियरी, आर्थिक आ सामाजिक न्याय, अकाल के आर्थिक थियरी आ बिकाससील देसन के लोग के कल्याण के नापजोख के इंडेक्स बनावे के क्षेत्र में काम कइले बाने।

वर्तमान में ई हार्वर्ड विश्वविद्यालय में प्रोफेसर बाने[4] आ हारवर्ड लॉ स्कूल के फेलो बाने। ई ट्रिनिटी कॉलेज, कैंब्रिज के भी फेलो बाड़ें आ इनके कल्याण अर्थशास्त्र के क्षेत्र में काम करे खातिर 1998 में नोबल पुरस्कार दिहल जा चुकल बा[5] आ 1999 में भारत रत्न से सम्मानित कइल गइल बा। साल 2017 में, सेन के राजनीति बिज्ञान में जोहान स्काईट अवार्ड दिहल गइल[6] जे राजनीति बिज्ञान में इनके अमूल्य योगदान खाती रहल।
